How to Download Instagram Content to Device Gallery

How to Download on Android (Samsung, Pixel, Xiaomi, OnePlus)

  1. Copy the link: Open Instagram on your Android device. Find the Reel or Post you want, tap the paper-plane Share button, and select Copy Link.
  2. Visit IG-Save: Open Google Chrome or your preferred mobile browser and go to ig-save.com.
  3. Paste & Fetch: Tap the Paste button inside the search field and tap Download.
  4. Save to Gallery: Tap the green Download Video (MP4) button. Your browser will download the file, and Android will automatically place it directly into your phone's Gallery / Google Photos app!

How to Download on iPhone & iPad (iOS 13+)

  1. Copy the link: In the Instagram iOS app, tap the three dots or the Share icon on the post, then choose Copy Link.
  2. Open Safari: Launch Safari and navigate to ig-save.com.
  3. Paste & Generate: Tap Paste in the search bar and press Download.
  4. Save to Camera Roll: Tap Download Video. Safari will display a download prompt. Tap Download. Once finished, tap the small download arrow in Safari address bar, select the video, tap the iOS Share icon, and tap Save Video. It is now in your Apple Photos app!

How to Download on PC & Mac (Windows, macOS, Linux)

  1. Copy the URL: Browse Instagram on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Click on the post and copy the URL from the browser address bar (or click the three dots on the post and click Copy link).
  2. Go to IG-Save: Open ig-save.com.
  3. Paste & Download: Press Ctrl + V (or Cmd + V) into the search bar and click Download.
  4. Save File: Click Download Video (MP4 HD). The video will save directly into your computer's Downloads folder in original high-definition MP4.
