Frequently Asked Questions about Carousels

How do I open a ZIP file on iPhone or Android?

On iPhone (iOS 13+), open the Files app, go to Downloads, and simply tap the ZIP file—it automatically unzips into a folder containing all your photos and videos. On Android, open the Files by Google app or your device's file manager, tap the ZIP file, and tap Extract to view all images in your Gallery.

Can an Instagram carousel contain both photos and videos?

Yes! Instagram carousels often mix photos and videos in the same post. IG-Save identifies each slide's exact media type, delivering images as full-resolution JPGs and videos as 1080p MP4 files with sound.

How many slides can I download at once?

You can download all slides contained in the post (Instagram supports up to 10 or 20 slides per post depending on account features). IG-Save will fetch 100% of the slides in full definition.
